Refund and Return Policy
To return your items you can contact us at returns@aprilandwillow.com.
Please note that returns for change of mind must be requested within 14 days of purchase and a store credit will be provided. We don’t offer exchanges or refunds on any sale items unless faulty.
Shipping costs to return items to us are at the customers expense.
For hygiene reasons dummies, dummy chains and teething toys are non refundable unless faulty.
Faulty ItemsIf your item is faulty please contact us and organise to return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, with tags and in its original packaging. The cost of return postage will be reimbursed upon receipt and inspection of the faulty item. A copy of the shipping receipt will need to be provided.
